My name is Tana Kass. I am a board-certified nurse practitioner and the owner of Kass Aesthetics.
My husband Nate, our 5 boys, and my beautiful daughter-in-law live in Le Mars, IA. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and a family nurse practitioner for over a decade.
I graduated from Briar Cliff University in 2002 with my BSN, working in ICU and Family Practice for a few years prior to returning to graduate school. I graduated from Briar Cliff University in 2013 with my MSN and began my journey in Family Practice. Not only do I take care of families, I also teach at a local university in the graduate program. A few years ago, I returned to graduate school and obtained my DNP from Morningside University.
My passion and love of aesthetics lead me to further training in 2021. I have blended my medical expertise with my enthusiasm for aesthetics to help others look and feel their best. Specializing in non-surgical procedures, I believe in personalized care, helping clients achieve their desired look with precision.

My husband Shad and I have 5 beautiful girls and 2 goldendoodles. We live in Elk Point, SD.
I began my nursing career in critical care in 2015. I have a combined 18 years in the medical profession.
My goal has always been to help others feel their absolute best. My dedication for aesthetics, health, and beauty has brought me onto a team where I continue to increase my knowledge and skillset of aesthetic enhancements while providing a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for clients. My name is Ashley Dyhrkopp, a dedicated nurse practitioner with a passion for aesthetics and patient care. I bring over seven years of experience in healthcare, specializing in empowering patients to look and feel their best. I practiced as a registered nurse in various fields for six years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. I have now been a nurse practitioner for over a year. At Kass Aesthetics, I am committed to delivering exceptional results through advanced techniques and a patient centered philosophy. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband is a teacher and coach and we have three beautiful daughters (6, 5, and 1). Hello, my name is Kelli Flack. I have been an RN for over 30 years. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of nursing areas including a cardiac unit, allergy and asthma clinic to the ER, ICU and PACU and endocrinology areas.
I started teaching at the local community college for 20 years and then transferred to Morningside University 4 years ago. I enjoy teaching online and face to face modalities.
I completed my Doctor’s Degree in Nursing Practice at Morningside in 2021. I love to learn new things! One of the newest adventures is learning about injecting neurotoxins and the qualities of taking care of your skin. I enjoy researching the best solution to meet your needs.
On a side note, I have been married for 33 years. My husband is a retired law enforcement officer. I have 2 adult kids. My daughter is an optometrist, and my son is a chiropractor. I have 2 grandbabies and another one due at the end of June! They are a ton of FUN! In my spare time, I am on the Floyd Valley Hospital board of supervisors, Opportunity Unlimited board of supervisors, Optimist Club of LeMars, and Iowa League of Nurses. I love to play golf and I am an avid reader.
